Big Country Camping offers returns within 7 days of receipt of shipment. Your refund will be processed promptly upon receiving the returned item, with the changes reflecting in your account within 5-7 business days.
To qualify for a return, the item must be in the same condition—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required. Unless the item is damaged, defective, or not as ordered, you will be required to pay any shipping fees for the return. In cases of damage or defects, we kindly request photographic documentation before processing the return.
Initiate a return by contacting us at help@bigcountrycamping.com. Upon acceptance, we'll provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions. Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Certain items, such as perishables, custom products, and personal care goods, cannot be returned. We do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Questions regarding specific items are welcome.
Please note that returns are not applicable for gift cards.
For exchanges, the swiftest method is to return the item and, upon acceptance, make a separate purchase for the desired item.
Refunds will be processed after we receive and inspect your return. Approved refunds will be automatically initiated through your original payment method. Kindly allow time for your bank or credit card company to complete the refund posting.
